Panoorin ISang Bata Ang Ililibing Ngunit Isinakay Lang Sa Motor Dahil Hindi Pinahiram Ng Baranggay Ng Sasakyan Na Galing Sa Buwis Ng Mamayan

We Filipinos are a sucker for emotional stories. When we see one, we immediately react and give our insights on it. This happened when a concerned citizen posted the story of a poor father who had to carry his own son’s casket to the cemetery. This was because the barangay officials in Tuminobo Ilagan refused to render their services to the said father. They declined his request for a funeral vehicle for the mere reason of it being damaged. It’s quite sad how those people in position who are supposed to help citizens in need, are the ones who are denying them service; service  which they rightfully deserve as citizens of this country. The only thing the father wants was to decently bring his son to his grave despite his incapability in the financial aspect. So he extended his request to those in power, yet unfortunately, they let him down. What amazed the readers is his conviction for his son because he didn’t let the incident stop him from bringing his son’s remains to his final lying place.
